4. Bring the Commando-G through your legs and place the adhesive heart at the top of your bottom.
Removing & Caring for your Commando-G
• Carefully peel the Commando-G from your skin.
• Gently handwash your Commando-G in mild soapy water and lay flat to dry.
• When dry, replace the adhesive paper for protection.
